This question is for the 3rd years who are skipping the June Step training without any approval from college. Just curious if you and your friends are dipping.

Alright geniuses, why did I not get shortlisted for 90% of the companies in or after round 1 when I nailed the first round.

Also you can look up people's resumes who got selected and shit broke my heart. My resume is better than 80% of them but I haven't been able to get to the 2nd round even. My CGPA is not slacking either ~9.1 and others with a dogshit resume and similar cgpa get selected.

Oh and, I already have a good internship off campus 40k+ppo through some companies I applied to via linked in because I actually outperform my peers and have the domain knowledge. But on campus placements? I have not even seen Round 2 yet.
