Guys I scored 120 marks in shift 1 of Afcat 2
So in case I couldn't clear the general cutoff but clears the tech cutoff will I get called for AFSB? Or there is some different maths behind this too
Please help me out so that I could start AFSB preparation
I've seen many people dismiss Arjuna's skill by claiming that without Gandiva he wouldn't have been able to fight or win, as if the bow made the warrior rather than the other way around.
Why he always needed gandiva and not some ordinary bow to fight?
He required gandiva because he wasn't skillful enough to fight using a normal bow.
Is this true and supported by Mahabharata?
Definately Not
And here is the reason why he always used/required GANDIVA and not some ordinary bow.
When Agni wanted to consume the Khandava forest, he sought the help of Krishna and Arjuna.
After hearing the request of Agni Dev this is what Arjuna replied:
"I have many excellent and divine weapons with which I am capable of fighting many wielders of the vajra. O illustrious one! But I do not possess a bow that can bear the strength of my arms and with stand the strength and speed I bring to battle. Because of my speed,I need arrows that are inexhaustible. My chariot cannot bear all the arrows that I desire. I want divine horses that are white and as swift as the wind. And a chariot that will shine like the sun in its energy and will thunder like the clouds."
BORI CE – Adi Parva, Khandava-dahana episode (Chapter 215)
Same this is also stated in KMG:
"Vibhatsu said unto him these words well-suited to the occasion, I have numberless excellent celestial weapons with which I can fight even many wielders of the thunderbolt. But, O exalted one, I have no bow suited to the strength of my arms, and capable of bearing the might I may put forth in battle. In consequence of the lightness of my hands also I require arrows that must never be exhausted. My car also is scarcely able to bear load of arrows that I would desire to keep by me. I desire celestial steeds of pure white, possessing the speed of the wind; and a car possessing the splendour of the sun and the clatter of whose wheels should resemble the roar of the clouds."

Gita Press (Adi Parva, Ch. 225, Shlokas 25–27)
This conversation between Arjuna and Agni Dev clearly states that he required Gandiva because no ordinary bow could withstand the strength of his arms and the extraordinary speed with which he fights. The speed with which he attacks and the strength he bears in his arms could easily break any ordinary bow during any intense fight or duel. He required a divine bow and chariort which was capable of matching the strength and speed he already possessed.

Asking for CS branch
I have heard many toppers saying to solve PYQs 3 times but exactly when to do those 3 iterations
One is done after topic one is done after subject
When to do that third iteration?
Like giving full length mocks of previous papers?
Or during revision period?
When exactly
Please guide me with this.
We have seen almost all serials glorifying that he was way too intelligent and smart and mastermind behind all the deeds.
Come even mentioned that he was the only one who could understand the tactics and mindgames of LORD KRISHNA.
And also that story him being handicapped.
Is it worth giving time and solving these questions and giving tests by RBR Sir???
Is it actually as per GATE pattern??
