Student housing needed! Urgent.

My name is Tejas Lokhande, and I'm an exchange student joining Umeå Institute of Design this fall for Advanced Product Design. I'm currently studying industrial design at ArtCenter College of Design in Los Angeles, and originally from India — this will be my first time in Sweden, so I'm reaching out early to find a good place to land!
What I'm looking for:
- Housing from August 25 – January 17
- Open to anything: apartment, house, condo, shared flat — no preference
- Totally fine with roommates
- Ideally close to Umeå Institute of Design / campus, since I'll be new to the city and want an easy commute
A bit about me:
- 21 years old, industrial design student
- Clean, tidy, and respectful roommate — I like a calm, easygoing home
- I love to cook (mostly Indian food, but honestly I'll cook almost anything) and I'm always happy to share a meal
- Easy to get along with, and excited to meet new people and get immersed in Swedish design culture while I'm here
