26 Air Pure w/ 19in Wheels Horrible Range

I picked up a Pure a few weeks back and on 100% charge, limited highway driving, I’m only getting 275 miles on a full battery and like 230 on 80%. Is this normal? 3.21 mi/kwh

Can anyone identify this part?

Does anyone know if the black plastic trim in front of the mirror cap comes off? It goes all the way around and has the camera cover as part of it. Mine is scuffed up and I hope I don’t have to replace the entire housing for superficial plastic damage (damage can’t be seen in photo, other mirror). 26 Lucid Air Pure
