I need help finding an episode!

I remember almost nothing about the actual content of the episode, all I remember is that a bar owner was at home with her teenage daughter. They did a terrible, obviously scripted scene where the teenage daughter tells her parent, “I need money for hip hop clothes,” so as to illustrate that the bar owners are strapped for cash and feeling the pressure at home. It makes my partner and I die laughing and we quote it constantly.

Help me find it!!! Also give me money for hip hop clothes!
