Madison Mogen's blood alcohol concentration was 0.282%, Xana Kernodle's was 0.229%, Kaylee Goncalves' was 0.107%, and Ethan Chapin's was 0.122%; Ethan and Xana also had amphetamine present. Kaylee's autopsy documents not only multiple sharp-force injuries but also blunt-force head injuries and asphyxial findings as significant contributors to death. The report describes patterned bruising across her lower face, petechial hemorrhages in the eyes and mouth, and concludes that an unidentified object was pressed across her mouth. Ethan Chapin's injuries suggest a rapid, violent attack involving major blood vessels. He doesn't appear to have woken up at all. Xana Kernodle's wounds to the upper extremities, along with injuries extending into the bones of the hand, combined with her lower but still significant intoxication and the presence of a small amount of amphetamine suggest a prolonged struggle.
