SBI PhonePe Select Black Credit Card giving fewer reward points for ASSPL & bill payments?
I wanted to check if anyone else is facing this issue with the SBI PhonePe Select Black Credit Card.
I made the following transactions:
Metro Recharge - ₹500
Electricity Bill Payment (Using phonepe) – ₹4,533.24
Electricity Bill Payment (Using phonepe) – ₹4,921.22
ASSPL – ₹10,000.00
After all the transactions were settled, I received only 550 reward points in total
Is ASSPL excluded from earning regular reward points?
Do electricity bill payments earn reduced or no reward points?
Has anyone contacted SBI Card about this?
