I am new to approving FFID roles. Is there a mobile ios app that allows this? I dont want to have to worry about it when im commuting or off from work and have an approval pending.

I need to find a way that's simple to track daily tasks. I have service now, copilot, jira, other enterprise capabilities. I am having a hard time finding the simplest way to track a handful of daily tasks that i could also pull analytics from.

Example: daily i need to check an SAP process, i want to be able to mark it as checked-completed, checked-failed, not checked, etc.

This would be for a few tasks, all are daily, some are weekly.

Thoughts on the simplest way? I was thinking of an auto create of a service now ticket for each one everyday but that doesn't seem simple and will skew overall data for the team.
