I’m moving to Brazil very soon and looking to get a CPF asap, because it seems super important and i’d love to have it before i’m there.

this is the form on the website for the brazilian consulate to apply for the CPF.

i’m not a brazilian citizen so i don’t have a título eleitoral, but it seems like a mandatory field in order to complete the form.

it also says ‘número’ and ‘complimento.’ i have no idea what this is, can someone inform me?

finally, for ‘data da saída,’ is the the date that i am leaving my home country or is it the date that i leave brazil? it seems unlikely to be the latter

any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
