Hello, my part time job is telling us we are not getting paid holiday pay for the hours worked on July 4th. But I was pretty sure they are required to pay holiday pay.

Would someone be able to help me find the law that states we are granted that? (if that is the case) if it’s not required then thank you so much for clarification!

I’ve been trying to google this but I can only find answers for full time workers and days that are not worked on the holiday.
