I need help

I’m potentially interested in starting a voice mod project for Brawl Stars in another langage I’ve been playing the game a lot lately and I’m trying to learn more about how modding works.
I’m a semi-professional voice actress, and I would absolutely love to work on a project that adds voices directly into the game for the Brawlers in my langage I’ve already worked on several fandub projects before, so voice acting projects are not new to me.
However, I have absolutely no experience with modding and I’m not a programmer 😭, so I would really need someone who could explain how everything works and, most importantly, someone who would be able to work with me on the technical side of the project: replacing/integrating voice files, modifying the game, testing everything, etc.
I can also pay for the technical work .
For now, this project is not officially launched yet. I’m still considering it, and I mainly want to know whether there are any modders here who might be interested in contacting me so I can understand what is actually possible, how the project could work, and whether I should fully launch it.
