Best neighborhoods for medical students in Szeged?

Hi everyone!
I’m an international student and I’ll be starting Medicine at the University of Szeged this year. I’m currently looking for an apartment and wanted to ask which neighborhoods are the best for medical students.
I’m mainly looking for a place that’s safe, close to the medical faculty/hospital, and convenient for everyday life (groceries, public transport, etc.). Are there any areas you would recommend or areas I should avoid?
I’d really appreciate any advice or personal experiences. Thank you!

Szeged

Hey everyone! I recently got accepted to the University of Szeged (med)and I’m probably moving there soon 👀
I wanted to ask what I should expect during the first month there as an international student? Like how’s the overall experience, classes, professors, workload, making friends, paperwork, dorms/apartments, etc.

Also, how difficult is the studying environment really? I’ve heard mixed opinions and I’d love honest advice 😭

Any tips, things you wish you knew before coming, or literally anything helpful would mean a lot. Thank you!!
