So it‘s my first time using LitBuy as an agent and Im honestly like baffled, there is almost no responds to my complaints I wait for days for any support. My stuff hasn’t arrived or been stored at the warehouse for days now, if I try to refund they don’t even allow me to and that wouldn’t even be such big of a problem if I just got genuine support and help from anyone of these people. Anybody knows what to do? I think about just putting a complaint on PayPal and using another agent.
