This incident in Berlin once again demonstrated how the Islamic Republic of Iran seeks to export and publicly project its political-religious ideology beyond Iran’s borders.
More than ever, the Hazara diaspora needs to maintain an intellectual and political distance from ideologically driven Iranian agendas. Distancing itself from the Islamic Republic’s projects is essential to preserving the credibility, security, and future of the Hazara community in the Western world.
