I saw that the receipts were released for the U-Haul so it is possible that BB checked in later that day.

Let's take the initial assumption where BB arrives at the U-Haul location as 12:41 AM. Loading and unloading in this timeline would be tight...unless the unload was at that U-Haul which is also a storage facility (blue bookmark).

Given Ammon's camping trailer story, there are several U-Haul locations in Eugene (all the red dots), so why pick one of the 2 U-Haul Storage locations specifically?

This is all speculation and not evidence.

At 0:55, runner learns that he needs to search for LEGOs. I think if he knew this going in, he would really improve his time. 1:26 is still pretty solid for a first attempt.
