Is there a "balance" to strive for between pushing and pulling?

I've been incorporating pull-ups into my workouts more and can't help but feel that I am way stronger with OHP than pull-ups. I've seen many people on here do weighted pull-ups and just cannot fathom doing that.

Is there a balance to strive for? For instance, if you can do 10 body weight pull ups, what should you be pressing?
