Does anyone know what would cause my Middle C to stick like this and not fully reset after letting go of the key? Is it something I can fix and if not would a tuner be able to fix this?

My teacher told me that I’m not detaching my LH notes. This is currently the technique being worked on in method boo. I’ve since been practicing and just looking for some feedback prior to my next lesson. any feedback is appreciated
