I've finally goat my Jem doll but i really don't know how to get rid of this stains

Hello, I'm now to the subreddit and I've finally got my Loyal Subjects doll and I'm really excited, I've been waiting for her to arrive for months now and she's finally home! 🩷 But unfortunately there are a few stains on her from her Jem dress, does anyone's doll have this problem too? How do i get rid of those?
