Hi all, I just want to know what the point of the CRM function is if we can't use our own emails and instead have to have clients responding to go.mybusiness.com or whatever?
Shouldn't email tracking be the number one use in a CRM? Or am I missing something? It seems I need to sign up with Gmail or Outlook two get that feature.
