I got 14weeks until I ship out, I’m doing Terminator Training Method’s Jacked Gazelle 3, and planning to do a specific selection prep program after basic/during AIT.

I remember TTM saying that running a specific selection prep before shipping is not optimal and it’s best to do it right before a selection, so during AIT. However, I’m not sure if I’m misunderstanding what he said.

Any advice or thoughts on this plan?
