Capacities is my everything app, if you would. A bunch of casepaper for each case. Everything i do is a casepaper, and then each one has its log updates in a paragraph, followed by next actions, a task app I've created. And wow! I'm done. 🙂👍
Basically it's what I could call an everything app. Where all my thoughts can be converted into notes, and refined, result into actions. My work flow has simplified. I did find a lot of similarities in Obsidian, however capacities gets auto organised in types as well as with the tags. Like in one single entry, the whole job is done.

I've gone away from the bullet journal completely, it's no more my main focus system. I've moved to obsidian for daily notes and thought captures, etc, I've moved to Notebooklm for all my project casepaper related stuff. I use a scribble pad or blank pages for for a quick capture of work as I'm doing it. The future log is replaced by Google calendar. Probably the only thing I use the bujo is a page for tracking billing, payments & the GST thing. In that it's no more actually a bujo. I've actually lost the bullet journaling method in practice. The cellphone has replaced it completely. I cannot talk about the impact to cognitive working.
