This is my 1965 Ford Galaxie 500 with 390 FE. Was originally a 352 car. Blew the motor up last June shortly after I got it, had a broken push rod and about 3-4 more bent rods. Did a shade tree rebuild with mostly factory/stock parts. One piston was cracked and was able to source some old used ones and put the best of the lot as replacement. Pistons were also 410s so I'm guessing the motor came out of a later model truck. Did a dingle ball hone and replaced all bearings and somehow I made it through my first time cam shaft break in. It was fun digging in and figuring out how everything went back together.
