Part-time, remote content operations assistant for a creator management agency. You'll own the full content pipeline for 2 creators — delivery, asset organisation, content uploading, trend research, and weekly reporting.

No fan interaction. Pure operations.

Responsibilities:

• Chase creators for content and manage weekly content checklists
• Organise Google Drive folders per strict naming/structure SOP
• Upload and manage content assets as they arrive
• Source trending sounds and reference content weekly
• Maintain content calendars and submit weekly performance summaries

Requirements:

• Highly organised and proactive — you follow up without being asked
• Comfortable with: TikTok, Instagram, Google Drive, Telegram/WhatsApp, Content Snare
• Fully discreet — creator identities and content are strictly confidential
• Available for daily check-ins (not full-day commitment)

Compensation: $200/month for 2 creators, scales as roster grows
