I don't have an opinion on whether sounds good for this subreddit, but it was nice to have some content from Zaun and a couple of people from that region + the heart of the freljord <3

I know Vayne has her own personality and her own view of herself, the world, and the demons. She’s a bit of a sadist, sure—she used to operate as a lone wolf, and a bit of fed up with everything that meant "demon". But I think that would change with the retcon and the “relationship” she might have with the new champion

I don’t care if it’s siblinghood, friendship, or something else. If you have any ideas about what she thinks of Locke, or what might happen in the next part, feel free to comment here ^^

Taking advantage of Viktor's interesting trend in this subreddit....

During Viktor's glorious evolution to the final episodes of Arcane, I understand there were many opportunities for a champion with the power of the gods to intervene in Viktor' plans. From appearances and mages to multiversal guardians

But none of them seemed willing to do the favor of attending the party, and as an alternative... they wiped the floor with Viktor. But what if one of them ends up meeting him?

In short, I believe that most (or perhaps no one) would ever support a man who embraced the Arcane using that gift to manipulate mortals as he pleases. And perhaps some may feel some 'disgust' at the sight of such a living anomaly with buy power in the gods/mage range

These could be my suggestions:

Ryze: “I have already defeated other gods in all your timelines, this version will be no exception!!” Summons a geo rune

Kayle: “Your mind control will not down me like those mortals” Divine judgment + attack speed = destruction of the hexgates

Zilean: "Agh, sorry, but you were a real headache" Ekko's level up and they throw 2 Time Bombs to him

Zoe: “Hey, you! I don't want you touching my little blondie, so it is my turn to take care of you! an snap and take him to a black hole seconds away from exploding

Phanteon: “Your presence blasphemes everything I have fought for in the world of men; you leave me no another way” A spear pierces his chest, and a R is activate

And I don't want to play devil's advocate for Riot, but honestly, the complaints about Vayne's retcon... I don't really see the point.

I mean, I’ve read Vayne’s lore, and they’ve deleted or rewritten a lot of her backstory. And some of the descriptions mentioned that she had a kind of psychosis after Evelynn killed her parents, and that when she killed her first victim—who, from what I heard, was a human—she enjoyed it?

I know this is all related to her lore, and yes, I respect that. In gameplay terms, she's been a great help in several of my matches. But... Sometimes she felt that her lore didn't fit with her.

But I can understand why fans are annoyed that it was rewritten. However, why doesn’t anyone remember Vayne’s personality during Ruination? Or why didn’t I see people disliking it?

I mean, I think people who take pleasure in killing demons and traitors wouldn’t have any interest in forming bonds with others, or befriending a gunfighter from Bilgewater.

And besides, on Ruination saga, even with that pre lore, I don’t remember Vayne having any trouble bonding with her teammates. Nor did I see her have a more serious personality when Ruination happened, when she faced Ruined Shyvana, and then worked alongside Lucian and Senna.

I know that version of Ruination was decanonnized, but if it comes back, I think the retcon is setting us up for Sentinel Vayne.

The Vayne retcon made her a bit more “empathetic,” and that’s the same version of her we’ve seen in the Ruination cutscenes. So, if the story continues up to Viego’s awakening, she could choose to join the Sentinels without facing enough negative conflicts to stop her from doing so.

On the other hand, if the pre-retcon version of Vayne were the one participating in Ruination, I think her psychosis would give her away to Viego’s control. Or, if she manages to become a Sentinel, it might be harder for her to understand or fight alongside her comrades.

In my opinion, the retcon might have made Vayne less formidable than before, but this could lay the groundwork for her future decisions as she becomes a Sentinel of Light. It isn't? 🤔

I mean, in episode 24, just as a heroine was about to use what would be her ultimate, X uses a coin to "create a shield" to protect himself. Then he snaps his fingers and teleports to another place.

But does his list of powers include creating shields like that? Specifically, with a color and shape similar to Queen's powers and the alien girl from the PV?

*P.S.: Perhaps I can give a brief explanation of the powers he and Queen powers on this subreddit. And from what I was able to write down, it's more complex than I thought (are universal concepts), well, if it's allowed around here, lol*

I don't think I need to explain this, but given the peculiar reaction to my April Fool's Day post, I think we all agree on what Arcane needs, and to League fandoms too

Besides, I think we've all seen many cut materials are being revealed that could have fixed or extended the narrative. Or even make a new version of S2

But if that wasn't the plan, I don't understand why all of those unknowns were never resolved in interviews, events, comments, and live streams they had last year (even though those formats were cheaper than animation)

Btw, this year would be the 5th anniversary of Arcane's first release. Just hope that by then they'll have something 'decent' or 'relevant' about lore and various characters (at least so that Arcane fit better as the new canon of Runeterra) ;-;
