(ik this is about ado shop but since this is specifically about ordering phantom siita's merch I think it's relevant in this sub)

in short the website says "Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address" my address is inputted correctly and I've recently pre-orderd their albums (aswell as gotten merch multiple times + their past albums so I don't think size and weights a problem) and everything has worked smoothly before. I assume it's a glitch of some sort but if anyone has any tips on how to fix it I'd appreciate it alot the Internet and their "help" section wasn't very helpful :)

I'm uk based and although the purchase window is pretty big I'm worried about ordering as soon as since things may sell out </3
