They are coming in n out of all the holes.i shook n removed a handful of em...still there's loads inside. How do I remove them safely while not harming them either. Pls help..I love the headphones I can't take it if they ruin it.

Below-average student here. Didn’t study much during UG and now taking a drop for NEET PG.
Most people suggest RR + PYQs + MCQs + GTs + multiple revisions. I tried RR, but I keep getting stuck on basic concepts because my UG foundation is weak.
I feel main videos → revision → PYQs → GTs would suit me better, but I’m worried I won’t be able to finish everything in one year. My target is <1k.
For those who started with a weak base and cracked a good rank, what worked for you?
Should I do main videos properly and try to finish everything in one year, or stick to RR and maximise revisions?
