What is the intended use of these cleavers?

I bought these on sale at Costco. They’re my first “professional” chef knives, and I want to take as best care as I can. Is there anything I should avoid using them on? Are they safe or intended for cutting bone?

I can see a desire to prevent the PC from going to sleep, but why should my screen be forced to stay on just because music is playing in the background? There's no video so there's nothing that needs to be "seen".

Is there any way I can prevent audio alone from blocking screen locking? It makes no sense, and wastes power and longevity of my monitor.

I have a kitchenaid Ice cream attachment and I’ve only used it one time but it was not a great experience. I’m thinking of getting a new machine with a built in compressor, but I don’t know if it’s worth it. I’m also a bit concerned about the compressor dying like in a lot of modern fridges, and then it’s just garbage.

Might have messed up my first attempt. I made a double batch and simmered my sausage on low for about 15 mins. They’re all curled up now.
