Has anyone come across a copyright blockade? If the source is online and open to the public is it even copyright protected if I use AI to pull results from their open website?

If I charge money for my app will/can I get hit with a seize and desist? Will frre with ads work or am I safe by asking for donations or any other way to pay for this service I am providing? Base44 isn't paying for its self. Lol
