I missed the distinction that Netsuite Next is not an upgrade to 'legacy' Netsuite but a separate product. Has there been any discussion about the cost of this 'upgrade'? One year after implementation and we are running a legacy system - wonderful.
I didn't realize it was an upgrade, and now our sales rep is referring to our system as a legacy system.
Haven't really had a chance to look to closely at this. Was wondering, for those who have, what your impression of it was. Does looking at an outside AI product still make sense?
