Brand new Searwood XL E18, won't get hotter than 500
We just got a brand new Searwood 600 XL. I've tried a few times now to get it to 550-600 degrees for burgers, but the grill struggles to get hot. A few times I've gotten the E18 error. Nothing seems wrong from the instructions. I took it apart and there are pellets being fed properly. I emptied out my first bag of pellets and tried with the Weber pellets, but that didn't help either. It's about 50° outside, but I don't expect that to be a problem. This graph is from tonight, where it took almost 40 minutes to get to 500°, and then it fell off from there. I've tried setting it to manual mode 10 with the lid down as well, but that didn't work any better. I unplugged the entire unit and the controller to restart it before this test tonight.
Does anyone have any ideas on why I'm running into this? So far it hasn't quite been the experience I expected.
