Negotiation Pay after Probation Peroid
For context; I’m a fully qualified CNC turner, I currently run a RLX425 at my new work, I’ve recently moved areas for life reasons and been at this job for around 6 weeks now, and so far it’s been perfect, they’re a shop transition into CNC from manual, they only have two CNC lathes and I’m most experienced one here, I’ve helped speed up process and in processing of changing the type of insets they use so suit CNC machines better. I’ve started began training the other CNC machinist and one who works on the manuals who wants to move other.
My concern is I did this at my old job free of charge and kind of realised I was being undervalued and don’t want to let it happen now I’ve got a fresh start.
I’m currently 23, working in England, north west, my probation contract is £20ph.
