Hello!
I’ve made two posts before this explaining the issues I’ve had with ammonia and fin rot. After abt a week of daily cycles ranging between 25%-50%, this is my fish. I think his tail is slowly getting better, but correct me if I’m wrong lol.

I’m mostly just posting this to see if there is anything noticeably wrong w my betta that I can be educated on. For example, I still think his gills look a little odd.

Parameters are pictured (I did a 35% water change afterwards)
Tank: 10g
Filter: yes (I have two)
Heater: yes
Live plants: yes
Water is conditioned
Got my fish and tank about 2-3 weeks ago

My ammonia is very high and Im currently working on lowering. However, I am unsure what to do with my fish in the meantime. Also, my fish has been swimming up and down against the side of the tank. I’m very worried. (He stopped after about 5 mins but I am still worried)

Ten gallon tank w live plants
Have heater and filter
Temp is 78°

⁠Hello. I noticed a greenish tint on my Betta’s gils and I was wondering if that is normal or not for my type and color of betta. He has had it since I got him and he seems fine emotionally (very active, very friendly, very alert). I’d really like to catch whatever this is (if anything) asap.

⁠Tank size: 10 gallon
• I have a heater and a filter
• ⁠Tank temperature: 75° F
• ⁠Parameters in numbers and how you got them: I got him from Petsmart
• ⁠How long have you had the tank? How long have you had your fish?: Tank and fish are about a week old (from when I got them; I don’t know the actual age of the Betta)
• ⁠How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: 25% water change and stone cleaning weekly, filter change every two weeks or when very dirty
• ⁠Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each: ⁠One other Betta in a split tank
• What do you feed and how much: I feed Topfin betta flakes daily and occasionally dried bloodworms
• ⁠Decorations and plants in the tank: About 3 small structures and 1 or 2 fake plants
