Figure Sets Question!

My wife and I got back from an anime convention yesterday (Anime Midwest), and we got a decent haul, but not as much as I was expecting and FAR more expensive than online. Pictures included, but we managed to snag a few random collectibles and passed on a few others. I was hoping to find more K-On, but that train has sailed unfortunately!

I've decided I want to get a set of the band, but as someone new to collectibles, I'm not sure which to invest in. Some are pricey, some not so much, so I figured I would ask.

What are your favorite figure sets? Anything I should try and keep an eye out for at local shops or cons?

Mandatory picture of the collection (so far).

My K-On! Test Results

This was a lot of fun in the Nichijou subreddit! I'm glad it's catching on here too.

I have noticed these results tend to cluster together more compared to that test, with most people having 5% margins between characters, like mine. Super curious to see everyone else's; it'll help me understand what it means to be normal!

How Fortunate We Are

Having just finished the entire anime + film, my heart is still heavy. However, while the journey is over, I could not be happier with the experience.

39 episodes and an awesome movie, no controversial ending, no unnecessary characters or fluff, perfectly succinct. Compared to other slice of life anime, this is about as good as you could ever hope for. I didn't realize that basically every other slice of life anime was ~25 episodes full stop, or saddled with some bizarre or divisive creative decision, or both.

It hurts to say "See you later!" to my absolute favorite anime of all time, but what an incredible experience it has been. I could not be happier with what we got!
