ThumbsUp! Trackball v5 rev.1

I've slightly updated design of my ambidextrous thumb/finger operated ThumbsUp! Trackball v5:

- Removed the two inner bearings in the top board.
Those are excessive, the outer two prevent the ball from moving up/in just fine.

- Moved the switches closer to hinges, to make them a big lighter.

- Cosmetic changes - made the model boiler plate readable.
