Built a door on a hollow redwood years ago. Still standing.

Hollowed out redwood a few miles out of town, near never fucking never land if you know. Stream just downhill. Built the door years back and it's still holding up. You have to squeeze in sideways, then stairs up to a bed platform inside.

Remember when they took the benches out of downtown because we were chilling too hard?

Yall remember back in the day when downtown just lost its benches? Putnam Plaza got cleared out (benches and bushes both), and the six long ones in the Golden Concourse walkway from the Keller St garage to the Boulevard vanished too. Some got shipped off to Walnut Park, and one ended up outside Jupiter Foods as Petaluma Pete's bench. Pete got a bench, we got a curb.

Other spots that got taken away.. Pipe bridge got built around. Livies Landing got torn down. Anus beach got a makeover. Ghirardelli barn got sawed in half and hauled off so they could put up a parking garage and shops.
