Does charge limit work on Windows?

I’ve been thinking of running my Steam Deck as my main PC for a bit while tech prices stop being crazy, but that would mean dual booting windows.
I should be good but my main concern is it would mean having the deck plugged in for extended periods of time while I work and if I can’t limit the charge while in windows, it will probably ruin the battery.

So anyone with deck+windows could answer how does that work over there?

Thanks!

A couple of weeks ago found the my oldest brother´s iPod Nano 1stt gen and since then, I´ve been slightly obsessed with the idea of listening music the old way but the battery of this guy is gone.

I´ve been thinking about replacing it but the problem is that my soldering experience is minimal. I´ve just fixed a couple cables and a few headphones here and there but I am worried about burning such a delicate circuit. So I decided that if I´m doing this, I am doing it the right way.

I only have a cheap 35W soledring iron which seems to have a bit of a thick tip so I´m wondering if I need something smaller for having more control. But I really have no clue, maybe it´s fine. I just want to minimize risks so any tips are welcome, but it shouldn´t be that hard really.

Thanks!
