Tempered glass shatter on Lancool 216 – Best way to get a replacement panel?
Hi everyone,
I came back home after being away for 7 days (room temp always sits at 24-25C) and found my side panel completely shattered in place
The PC was sitting completely untouched on the desk - no physical impact, drops, or hits. As you can see in the photos, the tempered glass shattered entirely into a spiderweb pattern likely due to internal tension or thermal expansion
I purchased the case in September 2024
Has anyone had success getting a replacement glass panel directly through Lian Li's RMA support for this type of issue?
Does Lian Li sell the replacement side panel separately if local warranty claims consider it "user damage" ?
Any advice would be appreciated
EDIT: Just to clarify before more tile comments come in: the PC was never on ceramic/tile flooring. What you see under it is a checkered tablecloth on a wooden table
