While gumbo and red beans are a staple of the subreddit, sometimes I need to mix it up a bit. The Spam has “Honey Hog” from Meat Church, and the thighs have “Chicken Shit” seasoning I picked up in some random store. Will finish the thighs up on a charcoal grill, and top with some hickory brown sugar sauce until thick and sticky.
