Ive never been to this venue and just wanted to know more or less what to expect. Is smoking weed allowed? And is it easy to get blocked views by the crowd? If you’ve been there for the last shows id appreciate any answers

Im trying to get into cycling and looking for a decent bike that would fit me. I saw this bike on marketplace and would like some input. I currently own a 56cm caad8 that is just too big for me. I was thinking of offering 600$ but Any help would be greatly appreciated. Person also claims it was recently inspected.
