In the summer I ordered a 2024 Rush jacket in "excellent" condition. Less than a year later it leaks water through the back of the neck.

Despite following the care instructions of regular washing, and typically wearing a hooded mid-layer or base layer to reduce skin contact with the jacket the area just above the felted patch leaks water. After finding out that it leaks I started a warranty claim only to be told that it is due to contamination and it no longer falls under warranty. So here I am, left with a leaky jacket and down $650.

I can't believe how far the customer after care has fallen.
