How true is this does ( dept influence attendance ) btw 2nd year

This is informed to the parents that the classwork for II-I Semester already started from 6/8/2026 and it is noticed that few
students are still irregular to the classes.
Mid-1 examinations scheduled from 5/10/2026..
If attendance is <70%, they are not allowed to write Mid-1 examinations.
Please go through your son/daughter attendance in ECAP software..
Strict instructions from principal sir..

Dear students,
The students having <65% attendance must bring your parents on 3/10/26 or 5/10/26.
**Otherwise you are not permitted to write mid-1 exam.**
The student having 65 to 70% attendance need to meet your mentor before 3pm and submit a letter with your parent signature on 3/10/26.. Mentor will call your parents for confirmation for the guinine reason..
