First time at Outside Lands and this is how my wristband arrived.
I’ve been to Ultra, EDC, Coachella, Aftershock, etc and have never had such a poor presentation/issue with my wristband in the mail. Shame on Outside Lands for the lack of goodies/presentation and shame on the postal service for thinking this is okay. If my wristband gives me issues is there a will call to get a new one disbursed?
