Is it possible for girls to get freedom before marriage?
For context : My family is not the religiously extreme. However we live in an area where people know us to be religious and its not that safe for women to just walk around So I. in my almost 18 years of living, never even walked on my house's footpath. I have never crossed a road, Ive never come home from school by walking.
I went to many places but all in my familys car (pls dont imagine a sexy suv its just a micro van). My dad has always been the one taking me. Ive never went alone with my mom.
I see my friends, they live opposite lives to me, they go out with their driver driving them (if they are rich) or take cng/rickshaws. I want to live that way, I want to explore my own country heck not even that..I just want the freedom to go out and buy snacks from mudir dokan or go for a walk.
Every time i want to go to a walk I have to take permission from my whole family so that they let me have the driver. I have to go to a different elaka for my afternoon stroll.But its been years since they let me do it. Now they just force me to study and say theyll take me to eat.
By doing this crap Ive gained 50 kgs in 4 years.
Now i cant even get married, im way too fat.
Im in a loop. HOW do i get out?
