I've never watched, but I assume this is the show Dax talked about filming for awhile back, where his character was pretty much "himself"?
(Apologies in advance if people already knew this... I remember people were all wondering whenever he was talking about it frequently!)
Background is that ~7/8 months ago I stopped taking birth control after 10+ years. Ive never experienced issues being particularly sweaty or my armpits stinking- to be honest, if I ever forgot deodorant it was typically never a big deal. I've noticed this has been a huge change after being off of birth control, and even with deodorant, my pits get stinky pretty quickly :( it seems especially prominent during my luteal phase/right before my period and at the beginning of my period.
also – I've made sure that every day when I shower I scrub them so well with body wash, like 10+ seconds per pit.
I was using regular women's Dove deodorant/antiperspirant, and yesterday I bought Dove women's clinical deodorant/antiperspirant. I know I've only used it once but I feel like my pits still smell like a mix of deodorant + a little BO 😭
Any tips or anyone else in a similar boat? Maybe my body just is still working on regulating the hormones after being on birth control for so long?
