Beginning to explore

I was talking to my colleagues at work. They are quite spiritual people.

Past lives and spiritual attachments was the topic.

I asked what she thought of my phobia of Moths (feeling somewhat skeptical).

She described me dying locked in a dark musty room full of moths.

As much as my head was not connecting to her words I felt so sad when she described the scene. We talked for a moment. I was trying to imagine where I might have been locked in a room. She said a big building was like a castle. Sadness again. Not familiar but strong emotions.

Im going to try and explore some of this tonight but not sure where to start. Probably light candles and cleanse my house then mediate on it....

I havent seriously thought about past lives since I was a kid. I never doubted it then. I still believe but I'm more skeptical. But I can't deny the emotions that come up here.

Idk just posting cuz its on my mind.

Damage too Property during fridge delivery and removal.

Hey, Im not sure if this is the right subreddit for this but Im just gonna ask it here and I will move it if its suited vetter for elsewhere.

I had a fridge delivered and my old fridge taken away by Harvey Norman. These dudes scratched the hell out of my deck and stairs. Wood chips etc. they didn't have the proper tools and they very nearly hurt themselves quite badly while going down the stairs. (The top guy dropped the fridge and the bottom guy caught it on his knee from What I heard him say.)

I got photos and a video of the removal, so the fact they ended up low key being forced to roll the fridge down my stairs makes it pretty evident where the damage came from.

I called Harvey Norman about this and they said they were giving the info to the delivery company and they would talk to me. The delivery company hasn't gotten back to me yet. (Delivery was the 18th of June its now 29th of June) I called harvey Norman again and they said that they sent all the photos and videos over again and that the company will get back to me today and to call Harvey Norman back if they don't call.

Now I'm not super prepared to talk to the delivery man because I'm not certain what I want out of it. I definitely want my stairs repainted so they don't get water damaged and I would like to not have my deck and railing chipped and scratch. Plus my sliding doors bottom rail was pretty scratched up. But I doubt they would just pay for some guy to fix all this.

What's the go here should I be getting a lawyer? What can I realistically ask for here.
