New owner - should I replace IMS?

I just bought a really pristine 2001 base model with 57k miles. Not much service history. Not sure whether it has the stronger bearings or not. Drives and looks like a new car. I’m scared of catastrophic failure due to IMs and thinking of proactively replacing just based on its age alone. Thoughts?

I’m going Friday to have a local Indy shop pull open the oil filter to see if there is any thing to be concerned about off the bat. I didn’t get it inspected before buying.
