Why didn't nacho kill lalo here?

I was thinking why didn't Nacho kill Lalo here? He was quite close to him and could have easily killed him, as lalo was trusting him. He could have killed him and opened the gates to let the killers in and finish off the other guards. Maybe got some extra credit from Gus as he sort of values people taking a stand for him, like Mike.
