How were you treated if you only had 1 metastatic lesion?

My dad (51M) was recently diagnosed with poorly undifferentiated adenocarcinoma on the body of the pancreas. The tumor itself classifies as stage 1b but he also has a small metastatic lesion on the liver. Outside of that, no other spots have been found. He’s already started FOLFIRINOX but I was reading in some cases of having 3 or less mets, if it responds to chemo then they can surgically resect both spots. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, how were you treated?

Wig for my dad

My dad just got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He’s started on FOLFIRINOX which I’ve read is all over the place in regards to hair loss. Some people lose it and some barely notice a change. If he does lose it, I was wondering if anyone has ever made, had made, or heard of something getting made a wig for them out of “donor” hair. I have very long and very thick hair, I think a wig for a guy there’d be plenty of it. I’ve seen plenty of breast cancer ladies getting wigs, but haven’t seen much out there for the guys.

His hair is a big part of his personality. It’s super curly and very identifying. I have the same curl and similar texture so I thought it’d be fun to do something like that for him.
