Question We have two cruises with Celebrity coming up next month. My husband has to have a completely unexpected quadruple bypass surgery right away that we found out about last week on Friday. Since then we spoke with an agent who said to email celebrity and request cancellation due to medical reasons. We have repeatedly emailed that address several times with no response. We are not even asking for a full refund but for the funds to be held for a future cruise as we love Celebrity since we’ve cruised with them a number of times before and plan to do so in the future. Any thoughts on how to reach them? The first sailing is on June 6 and this non responsiveness is adding to our stress levels. Any help will be appreciated!
