Hello! Does anyone here have any recent experiences with using a portable tenant screening report in Colorado? If so, which company did you go through? I searched this subreddit and couldn't find any recent experiences other than confusion about the law.
I'm about to start the application process and I'd hate to spend money on a report and have the management company not accept it.
